Eligibility criteria to apply for Parent visa:

Parent category visa lets you stay in Australia for up to 2 years as temporary or live in Australia as a permanent resident. Applicant must:

Parent visa Subclass 103 (Applying from outside Australia)
Parent must:

Contributory Parent Visa (Subclass 143)
